I have been grappling with a bone problem since the past seven years. When I first heard of Metropolitan Diagnostics, I was happy at being able to find a company who could be located in the same place as I am so that I don’t commute much to get checked up. Though their responsiveness needs a little working on, they were very helpful and eager to help. I’d cut one more star for cost effectiveness, which I feel is mandatory for a good service. Also, it is really important for me to be able to feel good in the clinic. Considering all the above, I’d rate them maybe, a three/five, which is not all that bad.
Would I visit them again? Well, it depends on how their first phase of medication works out.

My four month old grandson needed to have a cat scan done to make sure he didn't have water on the brain. My daughter was really upset, and so were the rest of us. We were concerned about the amount of radiation he was going to get, and how they were going to do it as he's only four months old.
Metropolitan Diagnostics were wonderful in every aspect. They were ready, able and willing to answer all of our questions, and they helped settle our nerves.
The test went well, they were able to keep the baby calm during the whole process.
I'm happy to report that the results came back negative, my grandson doesn't have water on the brain!
