My kitchen sink started draining really slowly a couple months back, and eventually it quit draining altogether. I was not particularly thrilled to have a problem that needed immediate resolution, and the fact that nothing I did seemed to help really made me frustrated. When I called Massapequa Plumbing and Heating, I was pretty angry over the phone. Despite the fact that I lashed out at the customer service rep, she realized I was just panicking and distraught, and she was incredibly nice to me (nicer than I was to her). She got someone out to help me that same afternoon, despite it being late in the day. Their speed and helpfulness was really amazing! I am so glad I discovered them.
