Dr Thomas was able to provide me relief from consistent back pain! And my god! What horrible pain that was. I’ll recommend him with all my heart for anybody looking for pain relief and management. His therapies are effective, I hear, but I don’t have particular experience with them.

I suffer from chronic back and neck pain as the result of an injury I received some years ago. At Massapequa Pain Management they were able to explain to me that my spine is out of alignment and that my body doesn't handle my own weight properly, which is why my muscles are under constraint strain. I've been receiving a combination of chiropractic treatment and physical therapy to try and get my spine back into position. I know it's going to take a long time because the damage didn't happen overnight (not the long term damage; that developed from months and months of healing improperly). So I expect a long recovery time. I'm just grateful to understand what's going in my body better. I feel much more optimistic about things than I have in some time.
If you suffer from chronic pain, it's important to see pain experts. There are way too many doctors who don't understand chronic pain. Don't put up with not getting help when you need it. A pain management clinic employs experts in pain who understand why you hurt and what to do about it.
