Left us waiting for over an hour (after appointment time) was lied to by the front desk saying that they had been emergencies when it was later informed there were no emergencies that day. People were walking in a half hour I had been siting there and seeing this vet before me. I felt no respect in this office, Dr Joi Pacchiano was very unprofessional implying that I do not care for my 3 pet rats (as I had one seen/treated out of 3 because on the phone I was told that they would not charge for one pet because they all had the same ailment). Honestly if I didn't care I would have just let them continue sneezing or return them as I've only had 2/3 of them for less then a week! This place was SO unprofessional and I will NEVER go back here again. The front desk were liars and idiots and the vet was a moron (I knew more about the rats illness then she did) and completely rude and mean. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Share Your Review
