When it comes to Italian food, there are a lot of places here which are really only accessible to you if you have a really fat wallet. But this one is an exception. I can afford to eat here on a low income salary. You can get most of the pasta dishes for under $8, and they all taste delicious. Great deals are available on the pizzas too, which are excellent. You really can't go wrong here no matter what you order, and I think this place knocks the socks off of some of the more expensive Italian restaurants in this area. Faye O. I don't know if there is any connection to the restaurant which is downtown in the Bronx. I haven't been to that one in a long time, so I can't remember if they were similar. This one is quite good though. Probably one of your better options for pasta in the area without going downtown. They keep their costs low so that everyone can eat here. Yay for one of the only Italian restaurants on Long Island where I can actually afford to buy the pasta dishes. I really enjoy their different sauces! They let you just pick any pasta type you want and any sauce, and you can get most of them for like $7.50. My favorites are the garlic and oil and the butter sauce (I’m simple and easy to please). They have some tasty chicken dishes, but those are out of my range. Their pizza is affordable though and it’s really delicious. I love the meat stuffed pizza, and also the pasta pizza! Pasta and pizza are two of my favorite things, and when I can’t make up my mind, it’s so cool I can just order both. Share Your Review
