This is our favorite hangout spot. Me and my gang are always down here having a drink. We like the food and the margaritas are some of the best--just that right combo of sweet and sour, the perfect balance. Staff is nice, and you always know this is right where you want to be. As a picky Mexican food eater, I can say that this place is above par, though not as good as it gets--certainly nothing to replace the cooking I enjoyed back home. But it is way way better than the other restaurants in the area I have tried. Their burritos are great, and so are their tacos. This place has a really nice ambiance. It’s very festive. It’s also pretty loud, so don’t come here for a quiet meal with a date. But perfect for hanging out with friends or celebrating something. The food is pretty good for East Coast Mexican food. Not totally authentic, but tasty. And they heap on the cheese, which is awesome for me, because I never can have enough of it. The owner is super friendly and talks to all the patrons. He’s very good at making you feel like you’re welcome and at home, and like he remembers you from last time. Share Your Review
