This company is based in Long Island but operates online only ... there is no storefront. That's not a negative, though it's really not the best way to shop for shoes (I should have figured that out before I tried I guess). The shoes I ordered didn't fit, but i couldn't return them cause my purchase was under $20 or something. There was no way to get a refund. So I had to drop them off at thrift. It was disappointing.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this company online. I've seen a number of good ones too though. I'm hesitant to totally condemn them. The shoes seemed all right, just not for me, and maybe I should have read the terms of service more carefully before I made my order. Share Your Review
