I signed up for classes after debating a gym membership. i thought this would be more fun, and I'd be more likely to follow through on a class schedule. I was right. I'm getting in shape, making friends, and having a blast.

What fun classes and what a happy discovery! I have lost like 15 pounds since I started, and I didn't even realize it was happening until I checked my weight the other day! Wow! Usually losing weight is such a pain for me. I've been having fun, and the weight loss has come automatically. Find an activity you enjoy and it is so much easier. These classes are a blast!

Their classes are probably the easiest way to get in shape you'll ever find. I don't mean they aren't challenging! They are, but they are so much fun you won't even notice how time is flying by. If you're the type of person to get bored while working out (like I am), this is THE way to do it. You'll have a blast, and you'll be shocked the next time you look at a scale and see how much weight you've lost. I've lost like ten pounds!

I have been taking their classes ever since I realized I was about 20 pounds overweight--and over the past few months, I've dropped about half that! I normally have no luck losing weight, but I think it's because i'm actually having fun, and that means that I'm not just giving up on my workouts like I used ot. This is a great way to get into shape!

These classes combine two things I absolutely love - dance and fitness! If you want to really get your heart going and get an amazing workout, join us sometime. I guarantee by the end of the hour you will be exhausted, but in a good way. I was so sore afterward for the first few weeks! I've learned a lot of super cool dance moves too, and it's been fun being able to express myself. Haven't met anyone fun in class yet, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I meet some friends. I'm going to be coming to LI Dance Fitness for a long time to come!

I tried to lose weight every way you can think of - except through dance, and I had no success whatsoever. The problem was that I couldn't stick to anything, because nothing I was doing to lose weight was actually fun. Dance wasn't the most intuitive thing to me. I mean, I'm a guy. I know lots of guys dance, but I just wasn't brought up that way. When I started getting into it though, I had a blast. I've been going to classes here for four months now, and I've dropped twelve pounds!

Li Dance Fitness has been on my short list since I wanted to lose weight and lose it quick! The professionals there understood my requirements (I didn't want a skinny hourglass figure – rather something that could be healthy) and helped achieve the kind of figure I wanted. I’m happy with their services and I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking forward to losing weight in a healthy way. Plus, you get to perfect your dance moves too, which is an added bonus!

I’ve joined LI Dance and Fitness and my work outs are so much fun now. The trainers are so cute and friendly, I make sure I never miss work out sessions and well, I’ve lost over ten pounds in just two months. Compared to the drab aerobic centers that surround the area, LI Dance and Fitness is a great arena to be associated with. I’ve already asked my neighbors to join (the more, the merrier) and with my hour glass figure transition, they are sure considering it.

My doctor said I needed to do more aerobic exercise because my cholesterol level has been a little higher than usual. After freaking out about this, I decided to try dance fitness classes. LI Dance Fitness offers aerobics for beginners and other interesting workshops. So far it's been a lot of fun, and I'm surprised to say that I feel more energetic all the time now. It's also been a cool way to meet people. Next week I'm enrolling in Latin dancing. In six months I have another doctor checkup - hopefully we'll see those cholesterol levels go down a bit. Either way, I'm doing something healthy and fun. Instructors are great, prices are decent, and the other people in the classes have been awesome so far.
