I am new to the area so I went here by default when my glasses broke and I needed new ones. I thought I would get an eye test while I was at it. I kind of regret that now, because I ended up waiting for like 40 minutes after I arrived, and I was only 5 minutes early for my appointment. When I make an appointment, I expect that to be respected. I also had to endure a long wait while I was in there getting things squared away, and it took them about a week to get my lenses cut, but this is because I wear child size glasses, and unfortunately they never can do that sort of thing in the store for some reason. Specialized equipment is needed to get that kind of small precision I guess. Since I expected all that annoyance, it wasn't a big deal. I had my latest prescription for new lenses filled here. They did a perfectly good job, though it did take them days to get my glasses back to me, and there was also a lot of waiting in the office. Share Your Review
