It's great to finally find a gym where I feel at home. I am here several evenings a week. They're open late, which is awesome. I work till 6 or 7 most days, and I like to drop in afterward. My fitness is really important to me, but one thing I'm not up for is walking around my neighborhood after work in the winter time when it gets dark out so early. It's usually already completely dark by the time I get home, even before I eat dinner. I feel a lot safer swinging by the gym. Ladies Workout Express is open late at night, and I can exercise here indoors. I haven't met a lot of the other women at the club yet, but hopefully I'll make some friends soon. The equipment is great; the bike I use here is one of the best I've ever been on. Lots of settings, always runs smoothly. Share Your Review
