If I could give them minus stars I would. We paid $70pp ($140 total) for a round-trip overnight ticket to Atlantic City. We got there but the buses weren't running the next day back to NY because of a snow storm. We had to take Greyhound. The next day I went to the local place I bought the tickets (not L&T but a newspaper stand) to get a refund on the unused portion of the ticket and they wouldn't give me the full amount owed to us which should have been 1/2 of $140 or $70. He absolutely refused even though they did not fulfill their end of the bargain.

The man on the phone hung up on me!! How do they get away with this? I wil be contacting BBB. Share Your Review
