This NY-only chain of grocery stores was brand new to me when I moved up here from Virginia, but I've been pretty pleased with them so far. Like all grocery chains, they have their drawbacks; the prices on some items are great and on others are not so great, and finding spices and special ingredients can be a pain. They don't have everything I need to make certain ethnic foods. They have the general stuff though, and they're cheaper and more pleasant than some of the other grocery chains. They're also conveniently close to where I live. Service is hit or miss, depends on who's working the registers and what time of day it is. Share Your Review
