Kids Of Summer is Long Islands premiere baseball & softball summer camp for children ages 6-17. After 12 years in NYC, Kids Of Summer is expanding to the heart of Nassau County and we are bringing the biggest names in the game with us. Kids Of Summer is now offering a Summer Baseball Camp featuring coaching appearances by Mets greats and 1986 World Series Champions Doc Gooden and Mookie Wilson. The Kids of Summer Softball Camp will be hosted by softball legend and gold medalist Jennie Finch! This Summers Softball Camp even features a college showcase for all girls 14-17 with some of the top college coaches in the northeast. Kids Of Summer will be held at Mitchel Athletic Complex, the perfect environment for kids to learn the game of baseball and softball and have to have fun doing so. With six college fields, a one hundred yard turf stadium, and two indoor training centers, Mitchel Athletic Complex sets Kids Of Summer up with one of the best camp facilities in the region. The camps feature a low camper to counselor ratio, highly qualified coaches, on site athletic trainers, round trip transportation, the biggest names in sports, and a highly successful training program that combines both fundamentals and competitive game play. Kids Of Summer is the perfect camp for your aspiring slugger whether learning the game or aiming to take their skills to the next level.

Mitchel Field Athletic Complex is located in the heart of Nassau County only minutes from the Meadowbrook Parkway and right across the street from Museum Row, Hofstra, Nassau Community College, and The Nassau Coliseum. With door to door round trip transportation available to Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau, and Suffolk County, Kids Of Summer is the ideal day camp for any child looking to improve their game.
