About middle of the line for diners. The food is good, but expensive compared to what you get at a "real" diner, and that's the other thing. Because it is part of a giant chain, no matter how hard they try, it is like they are trying and not succeeding. It never quite convinces you that it's a real diner. It always just feels like a chain pretending to be something it's not.

The food here? Pretty good, I have to admit. Why 2 stars? Because it's so expensive for a diner. It's not unreasonable in general, but I kind of aim for spending less when I'm getting diner food. Because that's just what I'm used to. I usually go to a local diner around here and they were closed that night. I'm sticking with my local place though. The food there is even better, and the prices are lower!

They cost way more than any diner should cost. Okay, so maybe I'm a bit of a snob, but I love the diner I usually go to, which has low prices. Because of that, I feel like I can eat there once a week or more. But here? I spent almost double the money, and the food wasn't as good.

The food gets 4 out of 5 stars, but the prices are a bit too high for diner food IMO, so that knocks down my overall rating. If they were less expensive I'd gladly eat here more often. But the fact that they're also a chain ... they're a solid "good," but not a solid "great."

A pretty good diner chain if you can't find a local one. I ate here a lot before I did find a small local diner which I like even better. I still come back now and again to get my favorite dishes.
