They installed shower doors for me a few weeks back & a leak developed. I called on Monday 8/18/14 & was told by his helper Jimmy was on vacation & to hit the rubber pei ce with a Mallet, I told him, I'll wait til Jim gets back.I called today & told Jim the story, he said he'd stop by next week. They must have had me on speaker phone cuz the helper yelled out, "did you try what I said", I said I didn't try anything, I would only make it worse. With that we said goodbye, I have a new phone & didn't know how to disconnect & all of a sudden I heard the helper mimick me & say "Did you hear him-[I'm not trying anything]" & then Jimmy replied, "yeah what a Fuc*&ng ASS*&LE", I then yelled back into the phone-"Hey Jim, next time you want to talk about someone, make sure you hang up the phone first"-Nice right, This is the "PROFESSIONALISM" you're dealing with when you use them. Real nice, I couldn't believe a guy I had spent almost 2 grand with could talk about me like that, especially when he didn't know I could hear him. I hope everyone who sees this decides not to give this clown any business, then we'll see who the F**K**G AS*H*LE is. Share Your Review
