I required a color printout for a placard which I needed to give to a business to advertise the book I recently published. I should say self published - otherwise someone else would take care of these things for me. Anyway, I went to Image Typography being as I don't have a color printer, and they quickly and affordably were able to give me my color printout and laminate it for me.

My printer has said its last words a few weeks ago, as I was printing out some really important documents regarding a case of mine. Well, luckily I had them into a USB stick and I carried them with me till I reached the Image Typography. The place was crowded, they had literally their hands full with tasks. Nevertheless, I was in a hurry, as I needed them signed and delivered as soon as possible. That meant that I had a problem with time management. I talked to someone from the staff there and he was really willing to help. He got to the supervisor and the supervisor granted a special treatment express policy being undertaken and my printing getting ready on the spot. I did not have to pay anything extra for that special treatment. They were really kind and helpful and I managed to deliver the docs in time. I highly recommend them for the quality of the printing, but above all for their manners and feeling of respect and solidarity.
