Lately I've really been getting into home cooking, especially seafood. It seemed like the thing to do; I do get the privilege of living here after all. I used to eat out a lot, but that was before the recession and the loss of my job. I have a new job now, but it doesn't pay as much as my old job, so gone are the days of dining out three nights a week at fine dining restaurants and enjoying amazing seafood prepared by world class chefs. Thankfully though, I discovered I have a penchant for cooking - and I'm actually pretty good at it! I love making myself fresh seafood - about three nights a week. I purchase the majority of my fish and shrimp from the Hewlett Fish Market. This place is awesome if you want to save money (like I always have to), and if you want seafood which is fresh caught.
