I panicked when my kid spilled juice all over a fine rug that I'd bought years ago from a flea market and which is absolutely one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable. I was scared to even try cleaning it myself because I didn't want to damage it more. I brought it in and these amazing people took care of it. They got the stain out 100% and no damage to the rug. When my husband spilled wine on our carpet, I thought I was going to kill him. Seriously though, I really did think that our carpet was going to have to be replaced. We were pleasantly surprised when Hempstead Rug And Carpet Service came and told us they could get it clean. I have to admit though that I didn't really believe them.

They came out a couple days later, after the wine had a chance to settle into the carpet, and guess what, they were able to get the stain out!!!

Words can't express how pleased I was with their service.
