I was injured in a car accident a while back, about 3 years ago, and am now not able to work. I have been fighting with social security for two years now trying to get benefits that I have paid into for thirty years, and was given the run around constantly. I did everything they asked of me, saw my doctors, saw their doctors, had test after test after test done and they still denied me, even after everyone said I could not work. I contacted Gilbert, Blaszcyk & Milburn Llp to see if they could do anything for me, and they said yes they could.
Well, they did what they promised. While it took another six months, they took on the fight with social security and won my case. They got a huge settlement for me from the time I had first started my fight, and now I get the help I need financially to live every month.
