Gentile Floors Limited has fantastic customer service and after talking to them, I was put at ease when it came to the choice I had made about who was going to install my hardwood floors.
Gentile Floors Limited has been excellent in every way imaginable. I am what you might consider to be a picky customer, and if you can make me happy than you are an excellent company.
Take for example the slight problem I had with my flooring. The T-mold transitions that were sent to and received by Gentile Floors Limited didn't appear to be of the highest quality. I didn't notice this until everything was already installed. Gentile Floors Limited came back out to my house and took a look, and they agreed to change them out. Well it did take a little bit of time, and I started to worry that they weren't going to hold true to their word. Just when I got to thinking that maybe I should give them a call, lo and behold they called me. They informed me that the new T-molds would be arriving the next day, and they could go ahead and install them right away. Just in time to be installed before the weekend, when I was hosting my daughters sweet sixteen party. What a relief.
When they initially installed my hardwood floors, I asked them if they would leave the tile and the carpet that they were taking out. I thought that I would be able to use them for another project. Well, about 2 weeks later, I realized that my old carpet was not going to be suitable for my other project. I gave Gentile Floors Limited a call and asked if there was any possibility of them coming out and removing the carpet, and guess what, they said yes! I have to admit I was shocked that they were willing to do that.
The end result of my flooring looks wonderful, it's everything I expected and wanted. What is more important however, is the service I received from Gentile Floors Limited. They responded professionally to my every request, and did so in a timely manner.
My daughters party was a huge success, and a lot of people commented on my new floor. They wanted to know who installed it, and I was more than happy to recommend Gentile Floors Limited to them.
