Gary and Joanne Bechhoff founded G. B. Construction back in 1986. With an eye for detail and a passion for architecture they take pride in delivering a product that exceeds the expectations of their clients. Making this their focus, they successfully built an award winning construction company while simultaneously raising a family. Needless to say it was an adventure.

Upon completion of his studies at St. Leo University in Florida, Sean Bechhoff joined his parents full time with great new and innovative ideas. Growing up in the business and spending all of his summers on job sites as a boy, Sean has an innate understanding of the construction process and it’s affect on any homeowner. Taking into consideration the

emotional attachment people have to their homes, Sean developed a system of checks and balances to keep the lines of communication open, between the homeowner and
