This is basically a restaurant that specializes in foods for dieters. They don't fry their foods (they don't even pan fry them). Everything is either baked or grilled (which also makes it great if you have digestive problems and oils bother you, as they do me). There are LOT of different vegetarian dishes, and if you're into low carb dishes, you'll find an entire menu dedicated to them. This place is also great if you're into working out though - they are serious about the "fuel" part. Check out the "Fuel Monsters" part of the menu for some high-protein awesomeness. This is one of the few restaurants in town where you can grab a bison burger, the "Hercules" menu option. It comes with BBQ sauce and it is just delicious! Very flavorful.
