I rate chain food restaurants on a different scale than I rate privately owned, small establishments, so when I give this a five star rating, understand that on a different scale, that'd be a four. There's nothing which can replace the food you get from a local restaurant.

But if you're going to eat at a chain, you could do a lot worse than Friendly's, and that's for sure. Their hot food is really tasty and the prices aren't too bad either. And of course, what they're best known for is ice cream, and they do no wrong there. I love their sundaes! Fantastic.

Service isn't bad either. This one is staffed mostly by local high school students. Normally that'd be a bad thing, but the guys and gals they have working here are very polite, fast and helpful. No complaints whatsoever. Friendly atmosphere to eat in, like an old school diner. Share Your Review
