I had never heard of pilates until a few years ago. I always thought it was something for old people for some reason, but recently one of my friends pulled me to a class and I really liked it. Ever since I have started working out here, I have been feeling a total change in my body. I have been feeling much better (I suffer from fibromayalgia), and I also feel a lot more flexible. A very pleasant place to exercise and enjoy some relaxation too. Share Your Review
