It feels at times like there are a million subpar choices for Chinese food on Long Island, but I'm pretty sure there are probably only a dozen that are truly good. This is one of them! I love Chinese food, I find it really delicious and exotic. The spring rolls at Fong Chinese Kitchen are divine, the sweet and sour pork or chicken is made to perfection, the sauce is amazing. I enjoy getting the fortune cookie at the end of each meal and the staff are always smiling at us and being extremely polite. It is great for take away too. Oh, and really cheap I have to admit!
