During one of the recent winter storms, my hotel had some flooding. We're located right on the seacoast. Generally, this is awesome for business. This winter ... not so much. The flood damage took a serious toll on three of our ground floor rooms, and wrecked a bit of havoc on our lobby as well. Guests ... are unforgiving, let me tell you. All they have to do is see disorder and they will go to town on you online.

So it was urgent that I take care of the issue ASAP. I called Flood Control, and they promised to be there within half an hour. I was astonished when they actually followed through, and went right to work fixing the damage - repairing the walls, drying out the interior, cleaning up the carpet, and clearing out mold. They also gave me some advice in case the mold comes back. I am very grateful for how fast they were and how efficient. It spared me the trouble of having an unpresentable front lobby and dealing with nasty reviews from guests who don't realize how much damage a simple overnight storm can cause! I highly recommend Flood Control. They will promptly, professionally, and to top it off, be cost effective when they take care of your flood problem. Flood Control seems to be, in my opinion at least, dedicated to assisting their clients. They have always been very communicative when I have dealt with them, and they have conducted themselves in a professional manner each and every time I have spoken to any of the staff. If you have flood damage, you should call Flood Control, you won't be sorry that you did.

Last year, I had a flood in my bathroom. I had gone on vacation for a week, and when I got home I realized my toilet had been running the whole time, and in fact had overflowed, and for a week there was water flowing everywhere. I didn't know who to call so I asked my neighbor if he ever had a problem, and he had and told me to call Flood Control. I am so happy that I did.

Later that year to my dismay, I had a hot water heater break in my basement, and had another flood. I had about 2 feet of water in my basement! I called Flood Control again, and they came out and fixed my problem.

In both instances, Flood Control was at my house within a 30 minutes, just as they advertise. They had all the equipment which was necessary in order to remove all the water, they had stuff to get the water out of the carpet, and they even had drywall to fix the damaged walls! They had much more, but I don't know what everything was. After the removal of all the water, it took a couple days for everything to completely dry out. They came back out after those couple of days, and set out to do the restoration that was needed.

The work that was completed was superb, and it didn't cost me my entire life savings. Dealing with flood and water damage is a nightmare, but Flood Control took part of that nightmare and made it go away. If you have a flood I highly recommend you give Flood Control a call.
