Fitness Revolution helped me shed a pound too many and loose weight that I’d been grappling with, since my teenage. I’m very happy with the way I was trained, made to work out, and exercised. This was a great idea for me and a lovely institution for me to join. All I can say is wow! I have been impressed with the service I’ve been offered by Fitness revolution.

i have always been a little bit above average weight and was looking for a nice gym to go and exercise myself in order to lose weight and regain my confidence and self esteem. this i found in Fitness Revolution Gym. when i first joined the gym a personal trainer was there to show me the equipment,to inform me about the programms and exercices that i had to follow and to answer to any questions i may have had during the time i was there practicing. they gave me a diet programm which was based on my needs and my everyday life and were concerned about making me feel as more familiar with the staff and the equipment as i could.i highly reccomend this place to anyone that would care about losing weight,practicing or wanting to keep fit because i know that the people there are professionals and really care about what the customer's need may be.

I live in New Hyde Park and I love exercising and taking care of myself. I want to keep fit and the only thing I can do about is, apart from eating in a balanced way that is, is to find myself a nice place to work out. Well, I have found it. It is called the Fitness Revolution and it features the most modern and comfortable equipment that I have ever seen in a gym. The people there are really helpful and friendly. There is the option of a personal trainer, which is good at the beginning, when you are not familiar with all the staff of the gym. They give you a suggested program of working out and a nice diet to stick to, according to your nutritional needs. You may want to lose, maintain or gain weight and they obviously take it into account. They are really professional in what they do and I think I have found the perfect place for me to stay fit.
