I have been into bodybuilding for years, but I never had a lot of success with it before I enrolled here and got myself the best trainer ever! He totally turned things around for me, got me going with the right supplements and the right amount of weight. I've been sticking to it and the results have been awesome. I am loving weight lifting more than ever!

My personal trainer has helped me so much. I'm not a pro athlete or anything, but I really enjoy playing soccer, and I wanted to get into better shape and get better at the game. My trainer has literally made all the difference in the world to me. I've been doing so much better with the exercises he's taught me to strengthen my legs. He's also had some amazing diet tips.

It was a tough decision for me to get a personal trainer, because of the obvious reason--it costs a lot. But I had been working at my fitness for years, and I hadn't been doing all that well and I figured I owed it to myself. I enrolled at Fit One and met with my personal coach, Steve, four months ago for the first time. He immediately impressed me; with one look at me, he was able to give me some starting recommendations, and over the past few months, his advice has been indispensable. It turned out that while I was doing plenty of exercise, I just wasn't eating right and getting the protein I needed to bulk out. Since switching my diet to his recommended plan, I have finally been starting to see some muscle. I'm very happy with the training I've been getting here, and if the other coaches are even half as good as Steve, you'll be good to go.

My friend got me enrolled at Fit One as a birthday present. We're both huge into fitness, but I never felt like trying a paid program because, well, I don't usually have the money for that kind of thing. It's been a super awesome present though! She got me one on one training with a personal coach, and we're also taking a self defense class together. My coach has not only helped me to improve my strength training regimen, but also given me advice to help me avoid injury, along with some nutritional insight so that I can get more out of my workouts. I feel great!
