More about us: for close to 10 years, i have helped children, adolecents, and adults overcome obstacles to achieve greater happiness and success. in society today there are numerous demands and we are constantly being challenged. in my role as a therapist i assist each client to achieve personal growth by learning the skills to cope with their personal stressors and challenges. this is done by providing a safe and warm environment along with understanding and support and insight. my approach is always patient centered and we work together to decide the best course of treatment. We specialize in adolescents / teenagers (14 to 19), adults, anxiety or fears, asperger's syndrome, attention deficit (adhd), child or adolescent, children (6 to 10), depression, divorce, impulse control disorders, loss or grief, obsessive-compulsive (ocd), parenting, relationship issues and trauma and ptsd.
