My company had me organizing a picnic this year, and they were set on doing it outdoors. So I came up with the idea of renting tents, and it made the event so much better than last year's. Nobody got rained on, and nobody got sunburned. It was a lot more comfortable. This is where we got the tents. They were great in helping us get set up, and the fees were low.
