I made the foolish mistake of thinking I could teach my son how to drive myself. Big mistake! I mean, I did the initial stuff with him in the parking lot, driving figure 8 shapes and all that, but past that, it was a nightmare. I figured out I was too close to the matter and enrolled him in driving school, and he learned really fast with the instruction. I even learned a few things, like apparently the way I was taught to hold a driving wheel is wrong and outdated. His grip on the wheel is safer; mine would break my thumbs if my air bag were to be activated, so I have been trying to change it. He also has a more efficient method for turning the wheel than that hand-over-hand thing I was taught.
In short, driving schools are way better than they used to be, at least this one is. Try out East End. We were really happy with their work!
