Bram cares only about money - not about the patient at all. Her recommendations are always to have more and more work done where other dentists have told me there are no problems. I had to get work done and she over-charged me by $250. When I discovered this and verified with my insurance company, I spoke to her and she kept insisting that she just hold onto my money and we subtract it from future appointments. As I was moving and do not trust her at all, this was not acceptable to me. After many dodged phone calls, I was able to get ahold of her and ask for my refund and she refused. She complained about being in financial trouble and pleaded with me to let her keep the money. I've gone through the BBB and she has cut of communication altogether. She can't be trusted and is the furthest thing from a professional.
