I love Darren's Hair Salon! My hair used to be so unmanageable, really fine and brittle, and Darren explained to me that it was because the products I was using weren't of a high quality, and they were actually damaging my hair, and so was blow drying it. In fact, I had been blow drying my whole life and I thought that I had straight hair, but it turns out my hair is actually naturally wavy, and I never even knew this! Pretty amazing what you can find out when you see a pro who really knows what he's doing. I love my hair now that I know how to take care of it and keep it healthy, and enjoy what it naturally is. Darren does a great job on hair. I'm a guy, so I headed here when I saw a man's name in the name of the store. I couldn't afford the two "barber" shops which are in the area, so I thought I was going to be screwed. I don't know why I never realized that a salon can handle men's hair and not just women's hair. I feel kind of silly now in hindsight about that, though it's not like I'm the only person who had this silly misconception. Darren is very talented, and whether you're a guy or a gal, he'll do an excellent job on your hair. He pays attention when you tell him what you want, and it's clear he has a lot of talent and experience. He's a really nice guy too, easy to talk to. Share Your Review
