Somehow a computer virus got into our computer network and managed to infect half the machines in the office. We quickly disconnected the rest of the network, and called in Crystal Computers to help. We needed the job done quickly so we could get our network back online and get on with business. They were able to clean our computers within the same day, which is amazing, because we wouldn't have had a clue what to do, and weren't even sure the computers could be saved. These guys saved us a ton of money, not just in the form of the computers themselves, but also in terms of the time we saved. I wanted to get a networking solution going at my office, but I am not an expert in technology and I have better things to do than try and figure out this stuff myself, so I called in Crystal Computers. They came to my site and set up everything and got the network on the right settings, with everything properly secure and firewalled. They showed us how to share our files and access network resources. Hopefully we'll have no problem maintaining it on our own, but I'm glad to know we can call these guys in to give us tech support if we can't figure something out ourselves. Share Your Review
