In dealing with alcoholism, signing up for Crossings was probably the single most helpful thing I did. I still have trouble avoiding "falling off the wagon," but it is so much easier to deal with it all with the support of the community. The most important thing you can do if you're an alcoholic is just DO something, especially something which involves other people who can be there to check your behavior.
