I have twice had to come to these folks for help with my computer. It is an old wreak of a thing and it seems determined to go into the ground, but I am trying to get all the use I can out of it before I go fork out a few hundred bucks for a new one. These people have managed to salvage it from an early grave twice now. They've saved me money, and I am really glad I am still able to use it ... hopefully for at least a little bit longer!

Helped me out after a virus hit my network and several of my computers were infected. They were so fast I couldn't believe it. Everything has been fine since I saw them.

Excellent service provider, can't believe that I almost replaced my computer. I was seriously this close to throwing out my PC. There were more and more errors, and then one day I woke up to the blue screen of death, and I thought that was it. It was time for a major investment. Found these guys in the phone book, brought my computer in, figured I'd make one last ditch effort to save it - and voila! They brought it back from the point of no return. I'm never going to assume my computer is dead again without coming here first!

I think Paula works for a competitor or something. I couldn't say anything bad about these guys. I also had a virus, and while things aren't perfect, my computer isn't infected, and they saved most of my files. I am eternally grateful and would recommend them happily to anyone. They certainly were responsive and kept me in the loop for the two days they were working on it.

Computer LI is very responsive and reliable and is my one stop shop for computer related products. Even if I have technical issues, the pros there are happy to help. I’m happy with their services and recommend them completely.

When my computer was infected with Trojan ware, I was so frustrated I could not even hunt around for good services. Computer Li was the first person I consulted and I hired them then and there.
They solved my problem but then a lot of work is still left to be done! They are not responding now and I shall not recommend them. They are the most unprofessional services I’ve seen in life and they suck real bad!

My computer wouldn't boot up. I was able to boot from the Windows CD and I ran the Windows repair option. However, this did not fix the problem, the computer still would not boot up without the Windows CD inside. I knew I was in trouble and had to call for help. Computer Li came to the rescue. I explained the problem that I was having, and I was then given a very fair and reasonable fixed price amount that I would be charged to fix the issue at hand. I was then surprised when I was told that if they weren't able to fix the problem I would not be charged a dime! Getting the PC operational took a bit more time than I expected, but I was only charged the fixed amount that was originally agreed upon. Not only was my initial computer problem fixed, but Computer Li also cleaned up my PC. They found some spyware and malware on the computer, and promptly removed it, making my computer much more secure. No more annoying popups! They went well beyond the call of duty so to speak. I hope I won't have any more computer problems, but we all know how unlikely that is, so when I do have additional problems I will definitely come to Compute Li again for their expert help.
