You will love this restaurant if you enjoy diner type food and tasty comfort foods that you would have at your grandmother's house. I love their grilled dishes, and they make the best mashed potatoes in town. I come here whenever I want to unwind at the end of a long week and enjoy myself!

In many ways this is an old fashioned diner, but like every other restaurant in town, it features Long Island prices. What I mean is, a sandwich that should cost $8 in any other town will run you $10 or $11 at this place. Again, I haven't found a single exception to this rule, and I've been living here for three years now.
With that said, at least they don't cost $15 or $16 - pretty typical Long Island prices as well. And they're tasty. I personally recommend the pulled pork sandwich. Top of the line. Fries are great too. They have a huge array of sides. Gotta love a place you can still get tater tots. You can also choose from baked beans, mac n' cheese, sweet potato, or onion rings.
Did I mention some of the other entrees are pretty great too? They serve excellent beer battered fish, which doesn't cost any more than the sandwiches, around $11. They make their own tartar sauce; it has the malt vinegar already in it. Dessert is another area where this restaurant wins full marks. Ice cream sandwich for $4 is really something; two giant cookies stuffed with ice cream and a cherry on top. They also will serve you smores here, which if you ask me is pretty awesome.
In short, I love this place, and you will too.

The Classic American Restaurant is a great place for someone that is really really hungry and does not want to waste a lot of money until he is stuffed. There is a wide variety of food options that you can order and satisfy your palate. There are burgers, really juicy and tasty, fries and freshly baked buns, abundant salads of all sorts and sizes as well as refreshments and beautifully looking desserts. There is a huge variety of combos that you can use and save some money, as well as get some discount coupons and deliver them to the cashier before the bill. It is worth paying a visit at the Classic American Restaurant, just for once!

Whether you are in the mood for a well done steak and fries or a nice filling spaghetti al pesto or even some seafood, the Classic American Restaurant is an excellent choice for you. We usually go there every month or so for a night out with the kids. We all love the food there and we get to decide what to order from a remarkable variety of delicacies. I totally love spaghetti al pesto, while my hubby prefers the steak or some kind of grilled ribs that are served with grilled veggies or mashed potatoes. It is great for any kind of diet needs and it is really cheap as an option.

It's a classic american restaurant. The food is more than ok, the reservation system was the only thing that I did not fancy, as we were made to wait for a while before we got served. The prices were affordable, all in all it's a really nice place to go.

My steak was cooked to perfection, there aren't to many places that I can say actually cook my steaks the way I like them. I like them really rare, and I usually end up with something medium well. Not here, it was wonderful. Service was prompt and friendly, and did I mention the prices were reasonable to boot.
