This is a delightful restaurant. I was told it was nothing much, but I have also heard it has changed a lot, so I am not surprised that it's very nice now. The friend who wasn't impressed came here a long time ago, so I think she'd probably change her mind if she was here now. They have a really nice sit-down area, and the pizza is out of this world. This place is unrecognizable from the way it used to be. I remember before I came back from school, this was just a place with a counter. Now it's like a nice sit-down place! Weirdly enough I have read complaints about the slow transformation of this restaurant. I can only say I really don't get folks at all. I love what Ciro's has been doing to transform their atmosphere and their service.

This used to be a little place where you walked in, went to a counter, grabbed a slice of pizza for a couple bucks, sat down (or got takeout), ate your food, and left. No big deal. Now they are working on turning it into a real restaurant. You still can get the food at the counter, but you can also sit down at the tables and wait for a waiter to come by and take your order. They are offering more than just pizza and pizza slices now as well, other Italian entrees. I think it is really cool they have been making these efforts to grow. I have no doubt that within a couple of years this place will be really awesome, even better than it is now. And did I mention the food is fantastic? Share Your Review
