Mill Neck, NY on Feb 10, 2013
This is a better bank by far than the previous banks I have used (Wells Fargo and Bank of America). I did not expect this, being as it is just another huge company, but oddly enough the service I have received was just what I would have expected had I gone with a smaller bank instead. Why did I choose Chase? Well, I was about to move across country and needed a way to access my funds in my old location and my new location. And since I'm paid for my work via online transfer to my bank account, I couldn't NOT have a way to get paid. So I had to choose a nationwide chain.
I was planning on ditching them immediately after moving in, but so far have not done so. I am halfway considering actually staying with them after all.
