I don't like them quite as much as my credit union in my old town, but they are still pretty good. I didn't think a big bank would actually be this decent. The lines aren't that long, the peopel at the counter are really helpful, and even recognize me each week. And my account has no fees.

I have been more or less happy with Chase. I started banking there because I had a referral from a friend and there was easy money if I accepted and opened an account. So that's what I did. They were quite prompt about the referral money (I think it was like $25), and they helped me to pick a product which fit my needs (a business account). They had this rather severe lower limit on what I could have in my account before they started taking fees for dipping under (it's like $1500, crazy, I know). Thankfully I had more than that (for once in my life), so I was good. Sometimes things get a bit uneasy when I have to pay all my bills and my finances dip, but so far there hasn't been any fees, and all has been well.

Chase bank is a pretty good one to all indications. I must say that this surprised me. Banks are usually, well, evil. I've used several different branches. This one, the one on Hempstead Turnpike, is a bit crowded, especially on Fridays. The others I've gone to seem to be less so. Customer service has been consistent across the board, which has also come as some surprise. And I mean consistently awesome!
