I finally hit the private banking minimum limit last year and totally was able to convert my account type at Chase, and since then, the experience has been so fantastic that I couldn't help but post a review. First off, their services were actually satisfactory to me before, which is saying a lot considering how banks are these days. But since I started the private banking, the service quality has tripled. I really do feel like a valued customer, and it's wonderful being treated like an individual and not just another number.
