I have the bad habit of biting my nails, which in my age is totally unacceptable and it looks really unattractive as well. So, I schedule manicure and pedicure once a fortnight, more or less, in order to keep my nails in shape and avoid that dreadful habit. I was recommended to visit the Central Nails Spa, so I had a phone contact with them and scheduled for an appointment. They were really warm over the phone and that impression was not misapprehended at all. They used gel nails so as to make mine look bigger and grow stronger. I had a nice french manicure with clear white tips and a couple of flowers glued on top of the nails, like a special jewelry.
