More about us: many of us want more fulfilling lives. it is possible to attain once we know what is preventing us from our goal. it is my belief that this understanding of the self and what trips us up can be examined in a safe and supportive therapy environment, the result being making better choices, not only the ones that we are used to. i truly like what i do and in part because i have seen my work lead to many successes and of course because i believe in and enjoy the exploration of the mind. We specialize in adolescents / teenagers (14 to 19), adults, anxiety or fears, child or adolescent, depression, dissociative disorders, divorce, eating disorders, elders (65+), mood disorders, peer relationships, personality disorders, preteens / tweens (11 to 13), relationship issues, self esteem and trauma and ptsd.
