CPK is a good restaurant in its own way, but after living in this area for a while, I can say that there are more affordable choices out there for pizza that are just as good, if not better, and local to boot.

The last time I came here, I was astounded at how overpriced it has become. The pizza was still very good. Sadly I have yet to find a better thin crust pizza anywhere. But the prices I just couldn't justify. There are so many better deals in the area.

When I was still living at home, I ate at CPK a lot, and I made a lot of good memories there with my friends. At the time, I believed that CPK was my favorite restaurant. Alas real life has lent me some perspective. CPK is a LOT pricier than I remember it being. As far as pizza goes there are a lot of sweeter deals in town - and arguably better pizza too. I can't really knock CPK's recipes; they're pretty good, and they know how to do thin crust and not skimp on the ingredients. But the price is high for what you actually get, so I would recommend a number of other little mom and pop's places before I would suggest going to CPK. I still go there once every few months just for old times' sake, but I don't make a regular trip out of it anymore, and my friends and I usually go somewhere else now where we can afford to eat on our normal budgets.

I still think that the Sicilian pizza at CPK is one of the best thin crust pizzas you can get. And I like the personal size pizzas. They usually are just enough food to fill me up at dinner and then give me a full lunch for leftovers the next day as well. They do thin crust really well too--they load on the ingredients, but not to the point where the crust breaks, and it's just the right amount of crunch, but not hard or dry.

I still love CPK, despite the price hikes over the years. I think it's a nostalgic thing, since this was where I used to eat with my friends during high school. All my friends are grown up and gone by now, but I still come in here to remember the old days. Thin crust pizza here is still excellent, though the servers can be a bit slow when things get really busy. That's not too big a drawback though.
If you're able to take a break from pizza (hard to talk myself into that), they do have some other good stuff on the menu that you wouldn't expect too, like really good lettuce wraps. And the desserts are grand too.

This is one of the most reliably enjoyable chain restaurants I can think of. Every CPK I've been to has been delicious. They have a way with thin crust pizza, and I like the personal size pizzas when I'm out with friends since it gives me just enough food to have dinner and take home leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. I always get the Sicilian. It has several types of meat on it, and it's more or less pizza perfection.
Only complaint? The prices here have skyrocketed in recent years. I swear I used to pay about $3.00 less for a personal pizza. And if you're trying to get food for multiple people, it really does cost more than it needs to. So I only come here when I'm getting food just for myself. When I'm splitting a pizza with someone else, we go somewhere cheaper. Everyone eats more than me :( I can't afford what they eat.

I love pizza and a good soda for lunch and find reasons and pretexts to go to California Kitchen Pizza time and again! I’m happy about being their customer and they are so personable with me; they use me like guinea pigs to try and test various dishes. And yes, as long as its on the house, I happily oblige. Just kidding, I’ll be happy to recommend them to everyone looking for great pizza with a friendly ambience at affordable rates. Must visit restaurant in Long Island.

California Pizza is more than your average pizzeria. You have baked goods, brownies, and beer with lip smacking pizza delivered in style. I definitely love this place and my kids are gung ho about the goodies they get here too. I’ll keep coming to them often, and yes, highly recommend them too.

I love taking my family and going out for a nice and relaxing night out with great food and a nice atmosphere. With California Pizza Kitchen, I can get them all together, as they all love pizza and especially the one that is made at this restaurant. It is a great family restaurant, with a friendly decoration and the most hepful and seet looking staff. They can guarantee top quality in all of their recipes and the dishes are lovely, all of them and I have tried quite a lot! They fetaure some nice home made ice cream, which is super and makes you crave for more. The egg rolls are my favourites and the brownies are everyone's first choice, along with ice cream, as a dessert.
