I remember coming to this Borders back in the day. It's quite funny, because when I was a kid, growing up on Long Island, I always thought the best thing in the world was a trip to the book store. I remember when you could buy a paperback, new, for like $5. Not anymore. The last time I went to this Borders was a few years ago, just a couple months before they closed actually. I found a book I'd been hunting for for ages, and do you know what it costed? Like $14. Paperback. Unbelievable. And people wonder why Borders had to go out of business. It's amazing their competitor (Barnes & Noble) even still exists anymore. I'm guessing even their days may be numbered, although they may be the last major book retailer left that sells books in a brick-and-mortar store. Not sure about that. Molly Y. Borders closed down some time ago, nationwide if I recall. They were very expensive. Not like Barnes and Noble is any different. Share Your Review
