I am into aroma therapy myself. It soothes my mind, as it seems. When I went at Body Wise Chiropractic Health Care, I was excited by the perfectly relaxing smells that overwhelmed the atmosphere. I had a massage, as my neck and back were killing me. They said that I was too agitated and suggested reiki as a way of relaxing. I have started reiki and I do feel different. At the same time, I try to visit Body Wise as often as I can, since these hands that gave me the massage were heavenly and made me feel like 20 pounds lighter!
