Bob is a well known carper cleaner and we had high expectations. But he disappointed big time. Okay, I’m not simply looking to rip his reputation apart without providing you the facts so read on –
I have two dogs at home and with all the fur around the house our ‘fur’niture and carpets have multicolored fur, which makes us embarrassed in front of our guests and family when they come over. I called Bob specifically and asked him about whether he can remove every bit of fur from the carpet and he said yes! I asked him how long it would take and he says two days! I thought, cool, and paid him upfront.
He delivers the carpet, torn and bruised, after fourteen days, seven times the deadline he promised us, and the carpet is ruined forever! I wouldn’t have minded if it was a carpet from the flea market. But, this was one of our first gifts from Mum and dad after we moved to our own home, so besides it being sentimental and costly, we valued it so much!
I would never hire Bob again and filed a complaint. I urge you guys NOT to hire him ever.

With two little children and a puppy, you can tell that my carpets and rugs are not the cleanest in the neighborhood. Anyway, I give them to Bob's Carpet Care and they make an excellent job with their cleaning. When I take them back, the house looks completely different. Everything smells great and fresh and the carpets are spotlessly clean, even though this is quite something to achieve. No stains are there, not even the ones made by blood and sauce, which I know are the most persistent ones. Fortunately, with Bob's Carpet Care I can clean them as frequently as I wish, as their prices are quite low and the carpets do not get damaged at all by the cleaning process.
