The name of this restaurant is kind of amusing to me ... I don't know why ... anywho, it is really good for a Long Island Chinese restaurant (most of our chinese food is pretty run of the mill around here, wouldn't you agree?). I recommend any of their beef dishes; it's very tender!

Affordable food made from quality fresh ingredients, and prepared by very nice people who provide excellent service to their customers. It's hard to ask for more than that.

Bo Bo Chinese Restaurant is a place which you could mistake as "just another Chinese restaurant" easily from both the outside and the inside, not that it isn't pretty nice. But it's more than your average run of the mill half-baked Chinese place. It's really quite good, with quality ingredients. Like so many folks, I react really badly when Chinese food is prepared with bad oils or it's too greasy or it has a lot of MSG, and I have never once had digestive problems after I have eaten at Bo Bo. So try it out, if you're frustrated with Chinese restaurants on Long Island which don't deliver.

Chinese food is my favourite thing! So much healthier than Western food - when it's done right, that is! That means no cooking with unhealthy oils, and not too much deep frying, and lots and lots of vegetables which are full of nutrients. Bo Bo Kitchen fits my bill. The food here is delicious and I can tell it's nutritious too.

I eat Chinese food for my health too, which is why I always think it's a shame there are so many obviously not healthy Chinese restaurants out there. Bo Bo Kitchen seems to be one of the good ones though. The main problem I tend to have when I eat Chinese food is with the oils. I don't have those problems here. The food isn't greasy and it doesn't make me feel bloated later. The ingredients are the good, healthy ingredients that I love in my food--lots of vegetables.

Pretty good Chinese restaurant. Like many other folks, I am pretty picky, and I judge Chinese restaurants by two things: the fried rice, and the cheese wontons. Why these two things? Well, fried rice is looked at as an "extra" by so many restaurants, whereas it should be suitable as a meal. At Bo Bo Kitchen, it's very good.
The cheese wontons are also top shelf. The reason you can also gauge quality by cheese wontons when you go to a Chinese restaurant is that cheese wontons are so easy to get wrong. Ever ordered cheese wontons to find they're all cold and lumpy inside? Or worse ... that there's hardly anything actually inside them? The cheese wontons I get at Bo Bo are hot, fresh, and packed with tastiness! For these two reasons, this is now my restaurant of choice!

Chinese food is one of my top choices, when I want something cheap and of great quality. Chinese is the only cuisine that uses so much fish and seafood, along with many veggies and little bread. These are all less fatty options and they are good for our health as well. Steamed and boiled food is after all better than fried one. Anyway, I often go at the Bo Bo Kitchen in Roslyn Heights, in order to grab a bite at a cute little restaurant with friendly waiters and a very talented chef. The dishes are spectacular, the quantity is satisfying and most importantly, you eat without getting too stuffed and messy. It is a delight for Long Island to have such clean and easy going places as the Bo Bo Kitchen!
