My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. What wonderful hosts Lorry and Jerry were! They made us feel right at home ... while still feeling like we'd made an escape from the day to day. We stayed in The Hollyhock Room, with beautiful red, blue and white décor (no, it did not look like a flag). It had a very old style country feel to it, and was wonderfully comfy. The bed even had these cool drapes around it. I always wanted to sleep in a bed with drapes. So fancy, heheh!

The amenities were awesome too. I got my very first massage here in the on-site massage room. It was wonderfully relaxing, and helped me with a back problem I have, enough so that I will probably start seeing a massage therapist now that we’re back home. Also, I love that this place has its own garden and that they raise their own chickens. The eggs we ate with our breakfast came from the chickens which live here, not some crap from a factory farm. There were also fresh herbs from the garden served as part of our meals. How cool is that?
