Bideawee is one of the largest pet organizations in the country. They provide animal services to nursing and retirement homes, but they also provide shelter and housing to stray and unwanted animals. They will house the cats and dogs until a suitable owner can be located and will adopt them out. There are two locations in the Long Island area and both contain dozens of friendly pets who need a home where they will be loved and taken care of. Bideawee will only place animals in homes of people who are approved and found to be suitable owners for that breed and size of pet.
